If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Jam in the Valley whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. JamintheValley.com and Buffalo Hill Village will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was or was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. Tickets and camping reservations made on JamintheValley.com are subject to a non-refundable per order processing fee.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review all Jam in the Valley event information. Concerts and fireworks are scheduled rain or shine. Tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed will not be refunded or exchanged. All sales are final and are not subject to refund unless event is cancelled. Event Artists and Times are subject to change.
Exchange of tickets is not permitted.
Occasionally, events are cancelled by the promoter or band. In the unlikely event that a complete cancellation of Jam in the Valley should occur, we will make an attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. However, it is the customer's responsibility to try to contact Jam in the Valley, if we are unable to reach you with the information provided at the time of purchase.

If you purchased a ticket through www.jaminthevalley.com or charged by phone, and a refund is issued, then Jam in the Valley will most likely give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card used to purchase that ticket provided customer can return the unused ticket(s) to Jam in the Valley. Tickets that have been resold and the holder of the resold ticket will not be able to physically present it for a refund.
Jam in the Valley can only offer a refund based on the promoter/performer legally binding contract. Jam in the Valley will guarantee a 50%t refund or credit of concert ticket prices and up to a 50% refund or credit of camping portion of camping package prices. Credit to future events may offer higher percentages, in lieu of a refund based on individual customer agreement. Specialty seating, such as VIP or Reserved seating will be offered the same refunds or credits as other ticketing options.
ARTISTS and TIMES of performance are subject to change. In the event an Headlining Artist cancels, Jam in the Valley will attempt to replace the Headlining Artist with a suitable act (based on artist rates). If no suitable replacement is found, Jam in the Valley will offer a percentage of the ticket price (to be determined) as a credit toward future shows based on individual customer purchase.
If a suitable Headlining Artist replacement is found (based on artist rates) no refunds or credits will be offered.
In order to receive a refund or credit that may be offered, you must comply with Jam in the Valley's instructions, deadlines and decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange. All decisions regarding refunds, credits, instructions and deadlines are at the discretion of Jam in the Valley.
Processing Fees are non refundable in all cases.
Deliver of Tickets will be made by standard United States Postal Service. Any ticket purchases made within 5 business days of the event will be held at Will Call. Proper Identification will be required to pick up tickets at Will Call.
Will Call is at the Main Ticket Booth at the entry of the Main Gate.
By purchasing a ticket through JamintheValley.com, you agree to the terms of this Purchase Policy on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You assume all risks incidental to this event, whether before, during or after the performance.
Jam in the Valley reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject any person whose conduct Jam in the Valley management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Jam in the Valley rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You grant permission to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at Jam in the Valley (regardless of whether before, during or after performance) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.
You and your belongings may be searched on entry. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under Jam in the Valley rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, video cameras, audio recording devices and containers/coolers that are not empty.
Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempt) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless a formal written authorization is given by Jam in the Valley organizers.
